The space
Our apartment is equipped with:
- 1 bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathrooms
- living room with a single sofa-bed and dining table with 65 inch 4K Smart TV with lots of TV channels
- extra airbed (upon request)
- the sofa-bed is fold out so can be used like double bed
- fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances: coffee machine, electric grill, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.
- a guest toilet
- a 2 balconies equipped with outdoor furniture
- high-speed internet
- an in-unit washing machine with dryer
Sparkle Towers is one of the first projects in the Middle East to feature Swarovski in its design. Beautiful Swarovski crystals adorn the lobby and communal areas, as well as the front door handles of all apartments and apartment number plates.
Guest access
Guests will also have access to all of the facilities of the building.
The residential complex has a chic area with swimming pools, a children's playroom, a gym, a library, a playground, a grill area, sunbathing terrace and yoga area. The apartments have stunning views of the city, the sea and the canal.

Standard check-in time is 3:00PM onwards and check-out time is 11:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability and additional charges may apply!
- Guest Registration
Please kindly provide passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security.
Additional services:
1) We provide our guests with weekdays access to the beaches and pools in various luxury hotels with a special price 500 aed per adult per week. Children under 15 free of charge. During your holiday, you can relax on different beaches, which will make your holiday even brighter and richer.
