There is a private balcony. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area.
The fully equipped kitchen has a toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The 1st bedroom is street facing and furnished with a king bed and a single sofa-bed. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a sofa-bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has 2 full bathrooms, equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
