So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all that's going on in JBR and the public beaches. There are lots and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is brand new and has all you need to soak up the Dubai lifestyle in true comfort. Hi, thanks for checking us out. - Address: Sadaf 7, Jumeirah Beach Residence - Studio apartment that sleeps 4 - Plaza Level -Luggage storage facility available (please see bottom of page for more details) - Free gym and pool access - 2 min walk to the beach and a large supermarket - Free private parking space - Public transport (Dubai Tram) is outside the front door - Free WIFI - Check-in: 3pm onwards (Check-ins can be done throughout the night) - Check-out: By 11am - 5% discount for 7+ night stay -10% discount for 1 month+ stay Our charming studio apartment is located on the plaza level so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them. There is also garden/small park area outside so great to stretch your legs. With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), there is also a kitchen which is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure. The apartment fits 4 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed; - King bed - Double sofa bed - Please notify me no later than 48 hours prior to check-in to book it. Please see bottom of page for more details As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket. There is a free private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 2-minute walk away as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the Dubai tram in which the stop is right outside the building. Some info to help you along the way: Tower/Address: Sadaf building 7, Jumeirah Beach Residence Distance to beach: 5 mins Distance to shops: 2 mins Distance to bars and restaurants: 2 min Distance to metro: Walk is 10/15 mins, take the tram to it - 5/10 mins. Or take the taxi to it: 5 mins Tram: Outside the building Downtown: 20 mins Taxi. 20 Mins Metro DIFC: 25 mins taxi. 25 mins metro The mall of the Emirates: 10 min taxi. 10 min metro Airport: 25/30 min taxi. 25/30 min metro Why do we love this apartment? 'The view from the pool is insane' 'Close to everything' 'They actually have someone to meet you and tell you everything about the apartment, made it so easy' SOFA BED: PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected. COTS & HIGH CHAIRS: If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK: If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 Please pay before check-in via Airbnb for this service ADDITIONAL CLEANING: If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
