Guests must pay a security deposit
Security deposit payments can be made in Cash or via Bank transfer.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days in whole or in part after an inspection of the premises by Our Real Estate Agencys Rentals L. L. C
A Booking agreement must be signed by the client at the time of check in.
Guests should provide all Emirates id’s or passports of all guests who will be staying or visiting our property. All documents will be submitted to Dubai Tourism and Security. Without registration a person won't pass through the Security gate.
This villa can accommodate 18 adults, 18 kids (Below 14) and 6 daily visitors. All visitors should submit their documents as well. Documents must be submitted from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm. We asked to send all the documents 2 hours before arrival, because it takes time to apply and get approval. VISITING HOURS: Morning 09:00 AM to Evening 10:00 PM. The short stay visitors are strictly restricted after 10:00 PM and must exit before 12:00 AM.
