We are seeking motivated and experienced Off Plan Property Consultants to join our globally renowned company known for excellence. You will be passionate, hardworking, and adaptable, ensuring success and financial reward. This role is based at our Dubai head office.

Role Description:

• Achieving individual monthly targets.
• Promoting Dubai and other UAE properties through private meetings, events, and networking.
• Assisting clients in buying directly from developers.
• Advising clients on off-plan market updates, launches, and prices.
• Facilitating negotiations between primary property buyers and developers.
• Building relationships with developers and investors to maintain and update the property database.
• Providing information and marketing literature on new developments and local neighborhoods.
• Managing time effectively to fulfill all duties satisfactorily.
• Providing daily reports on activities.
• Opportunities to be selected for roadshows and upcoming events based on performance.

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Chinese, Arabic, or Farsi is an advantage.
• A driven individual motivated by financial success.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of CRM software.
